IN CAMBODIA

_______________________________________

The association is located in a village near the town Sisophon on the West side of the country. The programs set up are extended in surrounding areas. To follow the students’ needs, our activities extended to cities with numerous training places: Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Battambang. Since its creation, the association has relied on a local partner, l’ADTJK (Association for the Technical Development of the Khmer Youth). The ADTJK is the AEC-Foyer Lataste’s representative alongside the Cambodian administration and oversees the field programs, following the orientations and the philosophy defined by the two partners. The association’s statutes (company’s articles of association) are available on the Documents page.

IN FRANCE

_______________________________________

AEC-Foyer Lataste is a French general interest association governed by the law of 1901. Non-political and non-religious, it mostly functions thanks to the private donations, whether it is from godparents, donations for the Foundation or third party donations (corporations, foundations, patrons…). Made out of almost exclusively volunteers, its principle mission is to collect and manage funds allowing the implementation of actions in favor of disadvantaged children in Cambodia. Donors are summoned annually to attend the General Assembly. An Executive Board, composed of elected members by the General Assembly, is reunited several times a year and punctually if an urgent or serious situation requires it. The Executive Board is in charge of the fund management and the association’s projects. A quarterly newsletter named the Petit Tigre allows the donors to follow the program’s news and the projects financed by the association.
